Shipping & Returns FAQs

SHIPPING

  • Yes! Guyana Fest ships to countries worldwide, with the exception of Albania, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Republic of the Congo.

    We do not provide estimates of any customs, duties, taxes or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.   

  • We aim to process orders from our facility within 3-5 business days. Delivery tracking will update once scanned by the carrier. Delivery times vary by location, ranging from 5-10 days for U.S. orders and 10 days to 3 weeks for international orders.

    Please keep in mind that shipping can take a bit longer around holidays. We'll always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience.

  • Email orders@guyanafest.com with a picture of the damage or wrong item and a member of our team will reach out!

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Lost or stolen packages

    • Your order that did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

    • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Guyana Fest (including but not limited to not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)

    Once an order is shipped it is in the hands of the carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you have questions about your shipment.

  • We'd love to help you. Our team is available Monday-Friday for any questions. Send an email to orders@guyanafest.com with your order number in the subject line.

RETURNS

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accommodated if issues arise due to our fault or error. This includes:

    • damaged goods

    • wrong item received

    • wrong size received

    Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund.

    Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

  • 1. Make sure that your order qualifies

    Unused and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used or damaged items cannot be returned. Special orders and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

    2. Return your order and packing slip

    Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

    3. Await credit

    Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact orders@guyanafest.com.

  • Products eligible to be returned may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund.
